David Hill

Director, Vice Chairman

David Hill is Cynapsus' Co-founder and Vice Chairman. In his capacity as Vice Chairman, he works closely with the President and CEO in an advisory role.  Prior to co-founding Cynapsus, Hill co-founded two other public companies and has raised over $100 million in capital for emerging businesses. He has a strong knowledge of the capital markets and is a proven team builder. Hill is also a co-founder of Hill & Gertner Capital Corporation, a Toronto-based merchant bank specializing in early stage private and public company investments.
